Senator Rieger moved that the bill be returned to second reading for the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 1. Without objection, the bill was returned to second reading. Senator Rieger offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 3, line 27 through page 4, line 2: Delete all material and replace with: the court shall consider the (1) best interests of the child; (2) best interests of the public; and (3) ª. IN EITHER CASE THE COURT SHALL CONSIDER ALSO Senator Rieger moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1.
